If you are not happy with your purchase, please follow these instructions.
1. Return Window
We offer a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Save all original packaging and note how it was packaged.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You have the order number, or valid proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Request Return: Contact us at returns@belleart.us with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos of the issue you're having.
- Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Ship the Package: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item received). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at returns@belleart.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
