Rainbow Penrose Triangle

Design by Bill Carter
A Penrose Triangle is an impossible object - a three-dimensional figure that appears to be a triangle with three solid sides, but is impossible to construct in the physical world.
The Penrose Triangle was created by the British mathematician Roger Penrose in the 1950s. It is an example of an impossible object, or impossible object drawing. These are two-dimensional representations of three-dimensional objects that appear to be physically possible, but are in fact impossible to construct.
The Dutch artist M.C. Escher was fascinated by impossible objects like the Penrose Triangle. He created intricate drawings that challenged perception and played with the boundaries of reality.
Panel Print
These beautifully detailed panel prints feature a durable matte surface which minimizes reflections. They are printed directly onto a smooth bright white 1/4" panel with a dark gray edge, and then mounted to a hidden frame. This frame makes the print appear to float off the wall providing a clean modern look. They are easy to hang.
